The competition ‘Zusammen wachsen: Gute Ideen für Integration am Arbeitsmarkt’ identifies and recognises outstanding initiatives for the integration of international skilled workers and employees in Germany.

We are looking for companies, public administrations, educational institutions and civil society initiatives and projects that actively contribute to the successful professional integration of international skilled workers and employees in Germany.

From the recognition of qualifications, intercultural public relations work, practical help in everyday life, intercultural training and language courses to diversity management measures –- we showcase successful solutions that help overcome the growing shortage of skilled workers and employees.

By searching nationwide for examples of best practice and publicising them, we aim to foster a culture of openness and inclusion, make successful integration approaches visible and contribute to an objective, solution-oriented discussion about migration and integration.
